Depends on how well you know her and how much thought you want to put into it.
If you're willing to put some thought into it, you could try to find out some things she's into. Some girls like to collect stupid small things. I had an ex who liked Little Kitty junk and another who liked stupid duck items. A good girl friend of mine like penguins.
If you want the easy way out, just go to Bed Bath and Beyond and get her something that smells good. Lotion, candles, bath salt, or whatnot. Victoria's Secret has some lotions and some girls like to collect little bottles of perfume.
