    back to the gym

I has been 2 weeks since I've touched weights, and today I made it back to my local gym a bit out of shape and with no energy (or motivation) .....I can say my energy is way down and my training wasn't as good( of course I did a total body work with moderate weight)......this past week I been eating a lot of junk food and drinkin lots especially in the weekend..........how many of you have cheated this holidays and actually feel dirty about it? I know I been off the gym only for 2 weeks but god damm I feel like I took 20 steps back in my training.

2 weeks? That's nothin'. Think of it as a overly long break. Get your head 'back in the game' and run with it.
Don't feel 'dirty' about it. No guilt. You side tracked, but you are back on target.
Success leaves clues. People who produce outstanding results do specific things to create those results

I'm going on about 6 months now, so don't feel bad. I can't even say that i've partied for that time cause i drank a grand total of 3 times in those 6 months, i've just been busy with boring stuff and i am now a fat mess.

I'll be back in no time though, and so will you. So stop sweating it.

    I haven't been masturbating enough.....
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012
