It's not a law. It's just part of the rules of an establishment, it's their dress code...you want to dress how you want then you don't decide to go to Chez Snob for dinner where you have to wear a coat and tie. As much as I support individual freedom, the mall has a right to have a dress code in effect as much as the kid has a right to wear his pants around his knees like he is being chased by an alligator that popped out of the toilet while he was dropping a deuce...he just can't go to the mall like that and theauthorities of the mall have to deal with seeing his pants like that everywhere else except for in the mall.... To be fair, I'm sure those mall owners have faced similar discrimination in the past. Like when their wardrobe selection of white robe + white hood was severely frowned down upon by both the employees & patrons of the local KFC.
