Some places have dress codes plain and simple....if that family couldn't figure that one out they deserve what they got...I can just picture all of them suddenly feeling the ghost of MLK and thinking they've been discriminated against so they all resist in protest feeling they will be vindicated in the end.....well I hope I really hope that no bleeding heart idiots help them because they have no case......establishments reserve every right to have a dress code and to refuse service to anyone they wish....

no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

Rules are rules, although enforcing such a dress code at a place of business is foolish.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

For once I actually agree with you. But people are always going to have a stick up their ass about something.

It's not a law. It's just part of the rules of an establishment, it's their dress code...you want to dress how you want then you don't decide to go to Chez Snob for dinner where you have to wear a coat and tie. As much as I support individual freedom, the mall has a right to have a dress code in effect as much as the kid has a right to wear his pants around his knees like he is being chased by an alligator that popped out of the toilet while he was dropping a deuce...he just can't go to the mall like that and theauthorities of the mall have to deal with seeing his pants like that everywhere else except for in the mall....

To be fair, I'm sure those mall owners have faced similar discrimination in the past. Like when their wardrobe selection of white robe + white hood was severely frowned down upon by both the employees & patrons of the local KFC.

    ...as long as they accessorize...
Success leaves clues. People who produce outstanding results do specific things to create those results
