This was dumb shit when i was 12, it's still dumb shit now.

Either arm these fuckers and make it a real "Gladiatorial" type of thing, or stop jerking us round.

Also, a bit of animal participation wouldn't hurt either. For the sweeps episode (i.e. "Celebrity Gladiator"), get Michael Vick's animal-abusing, fagot ass out of the slammer, and put him up against some "trained" pups....he won't be needing any weapons this time around though....

I think the eliminator looks really hard. That 30' net would be really taxing. I don't know if they do all the events in one day or not. If they do then I understand why they get so exhausted half way through the eliminator. Looks tough to me.

we caught AG today and we loved it. The disappointing thing is last week we watched something like the Ninja Challenge which has an impossibly difficult course where the first round alone was 10X harder than the last round of American Gladiators. The difference is that the Ninja Challenge is almost exclusively Japanese people (of various professions from gymnastic to barber), and any one of the japanese dudes coulda completed the AG challenges while asleep. But by the end of the game the white dude today was too stupid to figure out how to climb a rope and too tired to even do it. We preach muscle mass, but the japanese actually have skill, agility, dexterity, and stamina.

Hmmm?? All I can say is that if it entertains you I can relate. I like things others don't and I don't want to rank on what people enjoy on TV. I just thought that tonight(the only time I saw it) it all seemed very scripted, IMHO.
