What do you think of this powerlifter?

Hi all,
I would appreciate if you could find a minute to take a look at the video here and let me know what you think

I'm new to powerlifting, and just can't figure out whether this guy is legitimate or there's something wrong with him. What's your opinion?

Whats his name?

Where does he compete?

Does he hold any records?

Looks like a bodybuilding workout to me. Most powerlifters don't work to failure and he failed on that set of bench pressing. The incline presses looked very BB'ish (elbows out wide, flat back etc)

He's big and strong but i fail to see how he is setting a new benchmark.

Can anyone figure out the weight he's benching? I don't know the color coded plates.

He's looking a bit pale, maybe he should train less with the Ninja turtles in the sewers and more in some sunlight....
