    glucose and whey

    i read on rippetoes routine i should drink 3/4c glucose and a scoop of whey. why is there glucose and what the hell does that do? also shold i mix it in water or milk? its pre/postworkout drink

    I've heard if you mix it with semen it triples the anabolic properties of the whey protein.

    No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?
