Nice that is a feat. but you never would have expected to say you can swallow 4lbs of beef.
I ate a 64-ounce steak at a fancy Italian restaurant called Mario's. I became the 5th person in history to get my picture on the wall of fame since the restaurant opened 15 years ago.
Getting halfway there is the easy part. Once you start feeling the effects, each bite feels like your last. It is harder to chew, harder to swallow and a lot harder to eat through the pain. I had to take several breaks throughout the night to let my stomach settle down a little.
It took me 1 hour and 32 minutes to complete it, which is the 2nd fastest. Some guy had finished in 56 minutes. Good lord.
I woke up today and my mouth, jaw and gums are sore. I can hardly chew anything. It was a good experience but i will never do anything like that again.

cool. shakes today i guess. :P
Don't look back ~ You're not going that way!

Yikes...thats a lot of meat.
Fine work, sir![]()

Nice job man. I love to witness stuff like that. I remember one of my buddies ate 5 Big macs in 1/2 hour. I lost 20$ on top of the cost of the 5 Big MacsYou ever try the gallon of milk in an hour challenge?

Nice feat of eating meat.

That's crazy, shiz! Good job!

about another group that actually does something
to improve their lives.

Jesus christ good job. I just looked at 4 lbs of beef I have sitting in my freezer and went "no fucking way".

Pussy. Try the Old 96'er.

It's gotta be ahelluva lot better than 50+ hot dogs, bun and all in 12 minutes or whatever the record is!![]()
I will try to get some pics up when my friend uploads them.
1. It was my friend's birthday and he chose to go there
2. We were the only ones there to go in wearing street clothes. The majority of people there were 40+ years old. The look on their faces were priceless. Especially considering that the majority of us are skinheads since we shaved our heads just before we went.
3. My conclusion based on their expressions came to one or all of these ..
a) "Where do these college students get the money to afford something like this"
b) "They are dressed inappropriately. Do they not have manners?"
c) "Good god, what a bunch of rednecks. Who shaves their head when it's 20 degrees out?"
d) "I have to give them props for having the guts to walk in here looking like that."
As soon as i finished my 64-ounce steak, i got a round of applause for several spectators and the whole staff who were kind enough to come out and cheer me on.
now try 64 oz. of spam.

Man in Texas I'd see guys eat 64 oz steaks like nothing, they'd bring out these things on two plates, they would down that, a loaded baked potato and 12 mugs of beer like nothing.....of course these are the overall wearing rancher guys who spent the whole day tossing hay bales around....

What I mean is, I cant see a fancy restaurant having something like a "contest" for who can eat what. I would definitely picture a restaurant like the one A Black Guy showed. In fact, that shit was the first thing I thought of when I read this.

They don't have a contest. I just called it a contest because i was competing with my friend who couldn't finish it. The 64-ounce steak is just one of many dinner meals that you can get. The staff and on-lookers just happened to look on because my friends were making a big deal out of it and wanted to give me support when i was at a point where i couldn't go on but stuck it out and finished it.
Also, they don't actually record the time. I just timed myself and the one guy who finished it in 56 minutes was a staff member who happened to be working that night. Not too many people order that steak and those who do never finish it .. which is why the have a wall of fame to show off your accomplishment. Of course, you can always decline but i'd like to see people notice my picture when they walk in.
