OMFG! I was due a cheat meal so I went to IHOP. No I didn't stuff my face with pancakes. I got 3 eggs and the chicken florentine crepes. It was barely even a cheat when I figured up the macros, and the crepes were the best tasting meal I have had in years. I'm as content as a Hindu cow.

    Crepes kick ass!

Sadly however, I like mine with strawberry preserves and powdered sugar.
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

Strawberry preserves - I think I can count that as a fruit serving (it has a fruit as part of it's name don't it).

Dude, I saw an IHOP commercial on TV last week. I was 100% willing to go there for my next cheat meal but I have none near me.

Kelju, you have amazing timing with this thread. I just heard that tomorrow is FREE PANCAKE DAY AT IHOP!: IHOP National Pancake Day - February 12, 2008 - Pancake Day Details. No crepes for free, but if you're already at ihop getting crepes, you could get a stack free with it.

I wanted to verify that it was true so I went to ihop.com and couldn't find anything about it, but I just called my local ihop and it's for real.
