After two posts you forget what you were talking about and it is like you entered the thread for the first time. So you cant continue talking about the same subject for more than two posts.

to answer your question so stressed i think i dont know how stressed i am. my day was beyond busy i havent been to the gym in two days.

dont think i am sick. i will give you a rundown of my schedule and current life. well lets see here on average i work 7 days a week. two times a month i work 24hrs straight. just found out while i was split up with my wife headed for divorce had a drunkn one night stand i can remember some thing came from that. my hours have shot up even more than they were before money is great but now more bills. cant buy a house this year wife stressing ya we worked things out. oh ya to top that off some how i owe the fn irs 13000 dollars. then there is the wife who looks at me for stability so i cant show my stress. i think i maybee starting to crack a little. some one asked me last nite were my son and daughter were and i blanked. so i think stress is getting to me i dunno what do you guys think? also any suggestions. plus dont get me started on my job that is a whole other stressor in its own right.

stress sucks major but being aware of it and doing even simple things will help you cope better. eat right, exercise, and get enough sleep when you can in your case i guess. i hope things ease up for you.

thanks little wing they will calm down. i just needed to vent collect my head then think of a way to deal with it all. shit happens all the time just this was to much at once lol.

tell me about it. it never rains but it pours. i had to move just before christmas. i chose an old victorian house for the abundant space and found out oil prices are insane. but spring is coming and my yard is about to explode with flowers... it helps me to remember times years ago where i was extremely stressed and the worst case scenario never happened. if i reflect on i can see so many times where i worried way more than i needed to n it helps me put the crises at hand in perspective.

this is a realdoll. i was looking for a pics of them for another thread and had an epiphany. guys always ask why i collect pictures of beautiful women. i usually say well cuz they're like art, i just like them... hmmm i think now actually it might have to do with little girls loving dolls. they are the new barbie.
