    Dealing with the Peeps

Dealing with the leftover scourge of the Easter basket - the invaders who are trying to take over from the chocolate bunnies and the chocolate eggs and turn into the ruthless rulers of our holiday season. . .PEEPS.

These thangs are nearly indestructable with their sugar-coated marshmallow bodies able to withstand repeated kinds of assaults. This has driven some patriotic Americans to seek out just how far Peeps have come toward taking over even our most treasured institutions. . .

But one dude offers his collection of ten ways to destroy Peeps in this clip:

The Peeps have started remakin' some of America's most treasured movies, too...and their war against Easter is well-documented here:

They have now produced entire featurettes like Peeps Kong and Peep Wars. . .

If you got any Peeps left over, keep an eye. . .

I only like Jelly Beans of all the Easter candies, Cadbury eggs bleah, peeps bleah, hollow chocolate bunnies are a let down...you see that massive choco form and expect to bite into a solid mass of goodness only to be let down with a thin shell of chocolate and an creamy empty air nuggat....
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012
