How can you work for 8 hours and still workout!?

    your right, but you know what a warehouse job like that and lifting their is a workout in itself. I don't have a job where I'm sitting down the whole time, I'm on my feet the whole time.

    Anybody here workout at home?

    That's not true, working out in the morning gave me a good rush of energy throught the day.....well towards the end of it I felt it.
