What was your first post here at IM?
Hey all, first question here!
Ive noticed lately, since ive actually been tweaking my routine properly to finally get some sort of progress (yay for inexperience) that one arm is smaller than the other, muscle-wise. Its happened for a while, and ive been upping the amount of reps on the smaller arm by a few to try and even it out, but all that happens then is it either doesnt work or that arm gets bigger, and the other looks smaller and so on. Not really a big problem, just VERY annoying, since im a perfectionist and everything must be as symmetrical as possible :P So anyway, has anyone had this happen before? And can anyone give me some advice on how to fix it? Oh, the smaller arm is my left one, and im right handed. May be something in that... *** Oh dear god. I also realised i've been here since 2004. How the hell did that happen?
