I don't understand what you mean?
"We are like tenant farmers chopping down the fence around our house for fuel when we should be using Natures inexhaustible sources of energy — sun, wind and tide. ... I'd put my money on the sun and solar energy. What a source of power! I hope we don't have to wait until oil and coal run out before we tackle that."

As far as workouts I do different routines, throw in supersets, change tempos, rest periods. Sometimes I'll do a speed session where I'll have my stations set-up and do everything as fast as I can with no rest. One of my fave things to do is Optimized Volume Training, it's really tough but fun.....
In my life I keep things interesting by searching for new music, books, ideas, etc on the web. Like recently I found this Steam-Punk stuff where people mod their computer, cars, watches and other things to look like they came from the Steam Era with copper tubes, intricate wood designs and clockwork innards. I've been working on my own design for my monitor and pc. I also write poetry and short stories so I am always on the look out for new stuff to write about. I also collect strange and mind bending pictures, especially stuff that is pareidoliac in nature like many of Dali's works but there have been many artists with a gift for this type of artwork on the net, especially photoshop collages. I'll look through these artworks and find some fanciful story or poem to write about or else I'll use the image to induce my own dreams. I don't just search for new stuff on-line though. I also take walks to different parts of my city. Often times I'll grab my backpack with my writing materials and mp3 player and just head out the door with no particular destination. I'll either just start walking or I'll hop on the bus and just get off at a random stop when the mood suits me. I end up venturing into stores I've never been to and find clothes, hats, books and other things that are completely unique. I'll find some new little restaurant or cafe in the back of a building I've passed a hundred times before, like one time I found this little spaghetti place that ended up having the best italian food I'd ever had in my town..... I guess the key to keeping life fun and interesting is to keep changing, finding new things to be interested in. I can't stand seeing or doing the same things over and over my creative mind is just too over active to fall into a rut...... Humor is also a essential part of keeping things interesting, if I haven't laughed in a while I know things must be getting dull. If I am laughing too much however then I've probably gone nuts from boredom.....

You have to exercise your creative muscles along with your physical muscles. Once you get to a point where creativity comes easily then you'll be able to keep anything interesting....
