No, but that was pretty funny. Artie and his assistant were arguing and then Artie got really pissed and tried to attack him. Long story short, Howard said he couldn't have Artie back unless he promised him he wasn't gonna attack someone again and Artie said he couldn't promise that and he resigned. We'll see what happens with the whole thing though.

Obviously, the show can go on without him because Howard is as brilliant as they get, but it's foolish to think that someone else could just step right in and be as witty/entertaining as Artie Lange.

HowardTV has weekly specials on MOJO (some channel on digital cable) that are incredible.

It's very convenient that they are going on vacation this week, but listening to the show on Thursday and listening to it again with the YT link you shared has me convinced that it's 100% real.

Howard saw an opportunity for great radio and used his genius to get it out/stir up the pot.

Ya, but there are other comedians that could step in and be just as witty. The reason everyone likes Artie is because he's a total fuckup and he has a great story about everything. Lately I've been put off by Artie because he is starting to get a big head and thats what originally made me like him, the fact that he seemed like a normal guy and not a fake hollywood shithead.

I really don't think he'll be back, I think he's wanted out for a while so he focus on other things. The problem is, he thinks he could quit the show and still sell out huge venues but I don't think that will happen.

To those who thinks he is unnapreciative to Howard and the show you are all nuts. I have an S50 so I record the show and I listen to almost 100% of the show, to those of you who might be missing parts there are plenty of times where maybe a brief 10 seconds of time he reitterates his appreciation and how much money he makes on the road because of his involvement with the show.

He has never denied that.

Again for those of you who think this was scripted you don't know the show.

I am surprised Artie didn't dump his ass after the first week, and then when he fucked shit up with Dana he really was pissed but he let it slide off his back STILL. Its been building folks.
