Suspended from GYM for allegend sexual harrassment. Should I take it to court?

I've always thought sexual harassment was when you psychically touched someone, never knew sexual harrassment was making a few comments here and their. They suspended my membership at my gym WITHOUT A REFUND for allegedly sexually harrassment, do you guys think I should take this to court?
