Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

I guess...depends on your goals.

Too much of anything isn't good...balance...and such...yeah.

Just knowing myself, if I was hungry and downing pb while watching TV I could easily eat 800-1000 cals in one sitting. That's a bit much.

Try Adam's crunchy, salted.

It is to DIE for on chunks of Fuji apple.

I've been a fan of MARANATHA chunky organic for some time...

However now my local grocer now has a grinding machine that makes the peanut butter for you!!!

And the bulk fresh ground is about Half the cost of MARANATHA.
(but doesn't taste quite as good)

Just as long as it has salt, I'm happy.

Unsalted tastes like wallpaper paste to me. Bleah.

Back to your original question. I could eat a five gallon bucket of peanut butter. I would prolly die soon after, but it would be a satiated and pleasant death......salted, of course.

Trader Joes. $1.69/lb. Ingredients:Roasted peanuts, salt. Taste:Perfect.

I always buy creamy and if I want crunchy I'll sprinkle some walnut or raw pecan pieces on top (w/hot toast... Mm-mm good!).

Never out the jar. Always off the knife after spreading.

Can't imagine straight out the jar. Such "carefreeness"

Goal...... DL:500lb, Sqt:400lb, Bnch:300lb
Current.. DL:375lb, Sqt:335lb, Bnch:260lb
Weight: 185lb (up 25lb), bf=15%ish
Age:35 Training since 11/06 journal
