Well I always have the page open in the background and I surf it at work when I have nothing to do.

Probably easily 15 hours a week. Hour or so at work assuming I have nothing to do, and an hour at home doing the journal/thinking of random shit.

I do seek out info to learn, mostly. But it's still too much time. I am trying to get away from the internet more. Do different things, or just sit back and read a book.

I am guessing, about 4-5 hours per day. 5 X 7 = 35 hours per week online.

Lately about 10 minutes in the morning when I get to work before the phones start ringing and customers start showing up, then maybe a few minutes here or there while I'm doing the yap yap yap thing with one hand as some customer talks nonsense waste my time BS I hit F9 which is my 5th Virtual Desktop where I keep Firefox loaded I browse a bit and then type a response while listening to the customer.
