    Time distortion

If you dont have a clock, are you lost or do you know what time it is?

Can we make a test? Maybe the minutes in your head are going too fast and you must fix it. Look at a clock, nice clock, now look at the time in the clock. Go do something else then come back after 3 minutes in your head.
Compare to the clock. Did it work perfectly?

As long as I can see the sun I can tell what time it is within an hour.

Whenever I set my timer on the oven for 20 minutes when I cook fish I always just leave and go back when I think it is time without looking at the clock. It always has 1 minute left. Sometimes it goes off right when I walk in the kitchen.

Perception of time varies for example. A set of 20 rep squats feels like a year while the 1-2min rest in between the sets feels like 1 second.

What freaks me out is what if everybody on the planet set their clocks to a time 3 hours in the "past". Whos to say that wouldnt be the new time without a point of reference?

Obviously you have the sun, but you get my point.

I once read about the experiences of a guy when he was playing with ufo. Well when the ufo and identified spaceships were playing with him. He said that he made his lunch and it was a sunny day. Then he went to the kitchen to get a fork or something else and when he came back it was already night and his lunch was cold.

Right now at work because I am so busy and have so much to do the day flies by, I get so buried in work that what seems like 10 minutes was an hour. But when work gets slow and I'm bored time nearly stands still....of course when I get home it doesn't matter what I do time always moves too fast and next thing I know the alarm is going off and I gotta get up and go back to the time warp that is work....
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012
