Great work dude...nice stance, solid jab. A couple of suggestions: don't throw the 1-2-3 combo so much. Double up, triple up on the jab. Lead with the hook, etc. Mix it up more ya know. Also work the defense more instead of going nuts the whole time with combos. Throw the 1, 1, slip, 1,2,1,1, block and so on. You probably know that from training but just puttin my 2 cents. Excellent. You got great power.

everybody complimenting you, and i will give you the hard facts!! if i was training you i would make you start back at the basics!! you are getting way to far head of yourself trying to idealize tyson. someone said nice left hook???? right cross was screaming at me all day!!! YOU SWING IT TOO FAR OUT!!!! if you idiolize tyson take some pointers get in close and keep it TIGHT!!! AND KEEP YOUR DAMN HANDS UP!!!! you only hit the bag for about 2 minutes keep them hands up. everytime you go to throw you drop them, which is a sign you havent spared anyone decent or they would have broke you of that!!! and when you "turn it over" which alot of people dont know what that means, quit turning your whole arm just twist the wrist. your twisting your whole arm. you seriously need to work your jab, that can make or brake you. you need more "snap" on the jab. now for the decent points your hand speed is pretty nice, what weight are you using (gloves)? hopefully 16 oz. they dont look 16 oz, but maybe. then the power is ok, your still not using a 200 pound bag, and now that i know your only 160 there is NO way. heavy weights rarely use 200 and the do not damn near rip it out the roof. so power is pretty good, and speed is decent. i think you could get a little more power, but that would come with you working on your form. all in all a little better than the last video! are you part of a gym?

and move around the bag more, you do pretty good foreward and back, now move around circle the bag working that jab. and for god sake quit hitting the bag when it swings in at you, i saw your wrist buckle down a few times!

i seen that video awhile back, he looks pretty good he is quick. i just dont like how when he goes to the body he gets excited with the combinations he is not bring his hands back to protect his head. but i guess he quick enough to do that!! lol

    Good stuff, Danny.

I didn't realize how committed you are. I'll definitely be following your journal this summer, so long as you follow mine and help me out when I get enrolled in BJJ or whatever it is I end up in.

It's nice to see you can push the bag around now lets see you punch it. Start slow and clean work on form and speed up slowly. Don't try to be so powerful you don't have to impress the internet with your Hulk Smash and the better you get you won't have to worry about the bag hopping around on you and jumping off the hook. Believe me I've been there when I first started around your age I was beating my bag with everything I had and the hook would pop off. One time I even stripped the 1/2" eye screw right out I thought I was a tough fucker after that, turns out I was just sloppy. Then my trainer taught me how to do it correctly and it all went smoothly from then on....
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012
