

I guess if you're doing 25 to life you have all the time in the world to wait for mass to build little by little doing bodyweight but the more efficient way is to put those muscles under load. Just like you could read the Bible everyday and get a little smarter but reading encyclopedias will get you smarter faster....

not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
