This may not be a bad idea, what do you guys think.
I just hope he doesn't suck like the past C.A.'s or make it look unbelievable like Ben Affleack did with DareDevil.

In addition to Marvel Entertainment announcing that a sequel to Iron Man is scheduled for a 2010 release, the press release also mentioned that Marvel was moving forward on bringing "Captain America" to the big screen the following year. And as soon as that news hit the net, speculation started bouncing around as to who would play the spandex-suited superhero.

Brad Pitt? Hell no. Cappy is a big guy. Remember that he took the super soldier serum. I don't think that McCanaughey is a good choice. I think he's an okay funny-type action hero, but I don't think that he can pull of a "larger than life" action hero. Oh, and Thor is suppose to make an appearance in the next Iron-man movie. I think that they goal is to have everyone that's going to be in the Avengers movie appear in other movies first. Either as the star or at least a cameo.

Mcghey comes off too much like a hippie....

Brad was good in Troy though.

I'd rather Viggo be Cptn. America, he's got similar looks to Matthew but he can be taken more seriously....he's also got that butt chin which so many people think is an all american look....

the rock or diesel for muscle size. collin ferrel for comedy aspect of cap. there is not a actor i can think of that would really fit the bill. mconehey would do alright becouse he has that all american thing goin for him. some body pass him so juice he will do alright lol.
