Thats strange. Not your size, just that your post reminds me of why its so hard for me to buy cloths. I am almost identical to your measurements, but I wear larges and even some mediums because I wear mostly skater cloths. In normal cloths I wear large and X-Large, but I nearly rip the seems out of the shoulders in regular cloths because my upper body is shaped funny.

Skater cloths are meant to hang off of people by abotu 3 inches, but they contour to my body perfectly.

Yeah I'm an ectomorph so I'm probably a little thinner than you. I was big into skating when I was in 7-9th grade so I wore my fair share of Alphanumeric, DC, Element, and so on. I was probably around 5'9" and would wear L or XL because the length of the bigger sizes fit my longer than average limbs more back then. My ideal shirt is probably like 50-52 in chest and 32-33 in length. XL-tall are really hard to come by so I stick with brands that make their shirts in the measurements above. The only shirts I wear that run small are maybe Abercrombie/American Eagle button ups and such (none of that faded, pre-ripped shit though lol).

Yep, I do American Eagle button ups, polos, loosefit jeans, and cargo shorts. They run small, but fit beautifully. I think they try to please the weight lifting crowd. American Eagle makes the only jeans that come close to fitting my legs and ass. I also wear element and fox racing. My favorite shirts of all times have always been element.

Only thing I've ever bought from American Eagle is a shorts and slippers, their shirts fit weird on me......Old Navy has these boot cut jeans that fit me perfectly. I can usually wear an x-large shirt from just about any brand but recently I noticed some brands try to get too snug with their fits and I find myself digging for an xxl...

I'm with KelJu on the tensile strength-boner production angle, but sometimes my nipples get irritated, so I have to go with a nice cotton.

Oh, I'm 5'-10" and 235.

I have a few Element shirts myself. Do you also wear O'Neil and QuikSilver? I have a few of those as well, and I think I find them appealing because they will fit well on anyone with a build.
