    WTF this is the weirdest shit ever

    ok you guys remember my diet i posted before eating pizza and cookies all day. well recently i decided to cut and i started eating 6 small meals aday and shit. i eat much less then before. yet before i was stuck at 175 and wasnt really cut. you could barely see my 6 pack. i just weighted y self today and im 180 and much more shredded. wtf why is this?

    nah. im eating healthier. but i eat much less cals yet im gining weight.

    First of all, "weight" gain or loss doesn't happen over night.

    You should be concerned about body fat/lean mass, not "weight" or pounds.

    If you weight 300 lbs. and you're 5% BF, who cares?

    Worry about gains in strength and appearance, and throw your stupid scale in the trash.

    A healthier diet even if less calories may build muscle more efficiently, plus you are probably getting more fiber and water which could help in the weight gain...you probably had chronic runs while eating pizza and cookies and thats water weight pouring out your ass.....
