God how do people eat like this

It's day 3 of Senior week here at college and I've been following the normal food + beer diet of college students instead of my normal diet. I can already tell that I've gained about 2 pounds, but it feels like 40. Only 4 more days to go then it's back to a good diet

Seriously though fucking "normal" food just makes me feel so fucking bloated. Damn carb loaded diets.

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

When i'm forced into those situations i just try and cut losses. Diner food, i'll do chicken souvlaki with greek salad or chicken salad on whole wheat. Fast food, there is always some kind of salad available or even the burger with no bun. Bar food, i'll do chicken wings etc.

Balance is the key here. When i was a crazy ass bodybuilder on a strict diet i wasn't happy, when i was a fat ass on a fat ass diet i wasn't happy. Now that i've been able to find a decent medium between living and dieting/training i've ascending to a new level of happiness that i wasn't able to before. A sort of enlightenment, if you will, except it came very gradually instead of the kind of enlightenment buddhists speak of.

Yeah, I feel like a fat ass when I eat like that for more than a day.

I couldn't do it; a huge mothers' day brunch just about did me in yesterday.

I actually rather enjoy strict dieting - I like making progress. This week is an exception, not the rule. I figure that this might be the last week I see some of these guys, but I can always drop an extra 5lbs of fat or however much I end up gaining from this ridiculous diet.

I feel the same way, I actually just made a very similar entry about this in my journal the other day.

2 pounds in a meal would make me feel like it were 40, but in 3 days?

    Easy! haha

I enjoy eating strict as well; it puts me in a noticably better mood. However, it's kind of hard to eat clean and booze. Unfortunately, there is not a great deal to do where I live, so alcohol is a big part of the social culture here.

Well I avoided boozing for four years except for a few times purely for the diet reasons, but I decided a while ago to make a complete exception for this one week.

Man most fast food joints have grilled chicken sandwhiches and a salad, I'd get a grilled chicken salad and sandwich toss the bread and chop up the extra chicken into the salad. Try being a vegetarian I haven't eaten fast food in almost a year now....
