St. Gabriel, LA -- Julie Landry, a 46 year old first grade teacher at East Iberville Elementary School in St. Gabriel, Louisiana has been arrested and accused of cruelty to a juvenile after she forced a 7 year old boy to unclog a school toilet with his bare hands.

According to the arrest affidavit, Landry intentionally forced the first grade boy to put his hand in a toilet containing human feces and urine.

The student, Trevor Williams, had used too much toilet paper and the toilet became clogged. The teacher responded by ordering the student to reach into the toilet and unplug it. She also reportedly threatened that she would make the boy pull the toilet paper out with his teeth if he did it again.

According to Trevor's parents, the boy was teased by other students the next day over the incident.

Police arrested Landry on Monday morning. She was booked into Iberville Parish Prison until her parents posted her bond.

The school board plans to review her status on Monday, but indicated that it would likely suspend Landry during the investigation.

and yet 3 teachers knock my son out and lock him in the dark and no one will do shit to defend him. there are a lot of good teachers but way too many burnt out pieces of shit that have come to hate the kids they are trusted with.

and trust me she did believe she was immune. dozens of lawyers told me they didn't have the resources to take on teachers because they are too well protected. children's services said they get reports of teacher to student abuse consistently and that teachers are so well protected they are impossible to prosecute unless a child accuses them of a sex crime.

the cunt that knocked him out got promoted and was around him in his classroom the following year. he became too afraid to leave my side, stopped playing outside, would stay awake all night cuz he knew i wouldn't send him to school with no sleep. he said he thought they were going to kill him and he'd never see me again. that they almost did and no one did anything about it. i got a lawyer and the best they could do was make the school pay for him to be tutored at home. because "teachers are too well protected".

my advice, if anyone fucks with your kid say they touched their privates. i'm surprised even this got any attention.

the chief of police advised me to speak at a school board meeting and advise the press to be there. i didn't simply because Tyler developed a deep sense of shame and feelings of worthlessness over the incident and was very uncomfortable having it discussed and talking about it. he was terrified he had committed some horrible, unforgivable act speaking ill of god if something so traumatic could happen to him about it and "it was ok with everyone what they did to me". lovely what the law teaches people it refuses to protect.

someday he will be old enough to take action himself and will write a nice scathing editorial about the incident and the aftermath.

Damn LW, I gotta be honest, I'd be sitting in prison right now if that had happened. I have no doubt in my mind I would have beat all three of them sensless.

but then i wouldn't be here with him.

i sat about 700 feet from my screaming terrified child and didn't know he needed me, kept checking him for a fever when he came home white as a ghost and fell asleep.... my only indication that anything was wrong that day was he came home n said his throat hurt really bad and he didn't have anything to eat at school. i tried to get someone to understand the terror he must have been in to scream till he couldn't talk. it's not just them i hate it's the fucking assholes n asshole system that protected the pieces of shit. if i knew i could get away with it i'd kill those women and all the people that denied my son justice after the fact. the kind of kill where you stab someone a hundred times not ten. where you leave unrecognizable meat.
