Ok, I am seeking a little bit advice here...

A woman that I have been working with (shes more or less my partner) has a tendency to create and spread rumors at work and apparently shes quite convincing. And this bitch is shitting in my universe.

Ohhh it all started one day at work when I felt a little sleepy and I decided to sleep on my break. She said "do what you gotta do, ill see you downstairs when youre done." However, while she was downstairs, she told everyone that I was "sleeping on the job."

I never said anything to her and just moved on.. It was declared that she cannot be trusted and certain informations were not exchanged with her ever again.

Now comes the biggest rumor that has plagued me from Christmas until today. I apparently knocked up my digusting supervisor. Yeah, oh yeah. Because my boss..our boss, let me have some time off around Christmas, I must of been fucking her and WHOA look at that! Now our boss is pregnant! I mustve done it! Not her bfriend or fuck buddy, no, no, AKIRA is the one!

What an ass load of shit.

I never said anything to her, but I did tell my supervisor and she spoke to management and it was allegidly handled. However, you cant make a person stop talking shit. In fact, you can make them worse. The only thing you can do is discredit them, make them seem like their paranoid and that they always cry wolf. Well, I thought I had that handled.

I thought it was over. I thought everything was fine.

Until today.

This sack of vomit covered shit went out last night with a couple of fellow associates to celebrate putting in her 2 weeks notice because of another job. No biggie, right? Well it just so happens that this dentured moron got drunk and brought this rumor up AGAIN. And this time its in front of a girl I want to fuck and another one I did fuck. So now, I look like a liar to both of them. And not just me, but my boss too.

Of course, I didnt know about this until today. I found out about the whole night out for drinks in celebration of her removal and hah, I thought, darn, I wouldve liked to have had a drink with her. "She wasnt that bad. She was ok. She made me laugh, etc" Here I am, looking pass past occurances and BAM! I am right back where I been!

I found out by coming up to the girl that likes me, then slowly realizing that I am being cross examined. Not to mention, the other one I had been fucking wont even talk to me.

"I heard a lot of stories last night and I dont believe them, but there were so many, some things have got to be true."

Christ, I know how she feels, but I shouldnt have to go through this again!

Ok... now what do I do?

well granted i think you are kind of an ass

. just kidding any way tell the girl you like the truth. dont over play it just explain the situation. after that let the cards fall were they may. there is nothing else really you can do honestly. if you want to be petty you can spread a bunch of shit about her having a incurable std. that should give her a taste of her own medicine. if i were you though i would take the road less traveld and let it go.

In repsonce, I have taken the road less traveled more than once with this cunt. This rumor just so happens to be reoccuring cuz my boss is getting bigger cuz shes..well, pregnant. Its not fair to her and definetly not to me.

She has created and spread over 5 rumors that I know about and all of them were "let go." Now that shes leaving the company, it really shouldnt matter, but my boss and I have our integrity to rebuild because of her loser-infected mouth.

Because of this allegid bond between my boss and I, whenever I want schedule changes that she approves, management will question it. Lets not forget, that people I care about now question my word.

No, I want to know how I approach this fucker and deal with this. I am asking for how to be cruel, professionally. She has cuased harm to our team and shes going gung-ho because she is leaving the company.

Shes also not going to be fired (despite a MAJOR fuck up shes made recently) because the company knows shes leaving in less than 5 days.

Id like ot hear advice on her to approach her, demand an answer, and finally, attack her integrity and possibly cause her to walk out on her job making her un-rehirable. Without blowing up at work, without making a scene, I dont think I will get in trouble for confronting someone that has caused turmoil.

If questioned, I can say management failed at what they attempted and this is why I addressed the subject.

ok well with out making a scene point out the error that she has made. publicaly to every body. make it a point to make her life as difficult as possible. if she fucks up in the next few days jump on her like a lion on a wounded gazelle. also find out were her next job is introduce your self to some one that works there once she starts. use your imagination after she starts. also like i said the std thing works very well. next time you see her ask if she got her crabs taken care of.

Because she is a grown woman, she has provided the artillery for myself or anyone that was affected by her wrath of bullshit because only a god damn teenager would speard such rubbish.

Her new job is a bit a way aways. Id have to drive around an hour to fuck with her, but I like where youre going.

Sue her for libel. She brought it into your work place, compromised your relationship with your boss, and damaged your professional reputation, not to mention gave you emotional distress. While your at it, tack on malicious interference with business practices.

+2 I agree. At least throw out mention of a defamation of character suit. Your job can't do shit, they failed to remedy the situation that called for action, thus putting themselves in a precarious situation with you if they should wish to reprimand or treat you in a biased manner. Threaten this bitch with a suit. Make her publicly apologize to the team, you and your boss especially, or you will proceed further. Definitely find out where her new job is, and make a point of finding out some names there. Just to mind fuck her, and she can lay sleepless a few nights.

If I want to have a relationship with anyone at work I need to disclose the relationship in advance on paper. I think your work place needs to get with the program. I do make stuff up but not this time. Can't say where I work. Bottomline... we all know someone at work we might want to fuck and we all know it's a BAD IDEA.

or get a protection from harassment paper served on her at work. i think someone spreading gossip of that caliber could be seen as someone trying to interfere with your job. if you can state three incidents of harassing behavior in a complaint you should get it. really the paper is a temporary measure telling her she needs to go to court and when, you don't really need to follow through just have her served at work before she leaves. if your boss is aware of the rumors maybe she'd give you the morning off with pay to go get a the protection order. essentially the cops will come there and tell her to shut her pie hole.

ok so they both make a scene but she has it coming.

UPDATE..

Apparently, my supervisor got real pissed and contacted the direct manager. Now he wants to question every person that was present during her last soap box rant. I assume when thats done hell deal with the culprit.

Speaking of the culprit, I guess that dipshit resurrected yet ANOTHER rumor that was against the STORE MANAGER. When I first got to work here (in Aug), there was a rumor that I heard from the mouth of madness that the big wig was fucking around with an assistant manager. True or not, I didnt care. Why the fuck would I?

Because of that, now the store manager is effected personally and professionally. It seems that I may not have to do a single thing cuz I am off today, but if this depressed dike quits before I get to her, I may feel a bit robbed.
