Thats great playing but it's got the soul of elevator music the main problem with all of these music virtuosos. You may have the technique but if the sound isn't coming out sounding like you sold your soul to the devil and he's collecting on it through each note then you're just another talented plucker....
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

Agreed. It's what sets Hendrix apart from the very best.

And? When I was younger I had a lot of heavy emotions and when I started playing guitar they were released through it, in fact that was the main reason I started playing because all of my rage, sadness, happiness channeled through the sound and it made me feel good.

I had that, too. I channeled it through vandalizing property and self destruction.

Yeah I could have tried that but hten my dad would have neat me to a pulp and I'd have ended up with even more heavy emotions. But seriously my parents divorcing, seeing and hearing their fights, living in the ghetto, having my step-mom die of cancer, constantly moving, an alcoholic dad all made me grow up very quickly emotionally. I even went through a period of deep depression in fifth grade where I didn't care if I died, then in sixth grade I started Aikido lessons and learned meditation which really helped me get through it....
