put 3 cups of rice in 5 cups of water in a pot with a lid

set the heat on medium

set a timer for 35 minutes.

you have a few days worth of rice.
.................................................. .
unwrap a raw chicken.

rinse it

put it in a roasting pan

set the oven to 350

bake about an hour. you can get the kind with the
thing that pops up when it's done.

you have a couple days worth of chicken
.................................................. .......
in the morning

shove as many chicken breast as you can fit into

a slow cooker

pour in a cup or 2 of water

set cooker on low

go play till dinner time

you have a few days chicken

.................................................. ....

boil 1 1/2 cups of water in a pan

when it starts boiling add 3/4 cup oatmeal

wait ten seconds or till it boils again after you stir in the oats

cover it and turn the heat off. wait 2 minutes

and have breakfast
.................................................. .........

a lot of "i can't do" is really an "i don't want to bother" in disguise.

people can do more than they think. my son is 10, he made me a cake for mother's day all by himself, he cooks pancakes, pasta, etc.

if you're serious about bodybuilding or just being fit and healthy what you eat is too important for "i can't" you'll end up eating crap or not eating and your progress will suffer.

once you've seen you can do these basic things you should get a bit more confident about cooking, you might even like it. then you can start just by making these things better. screw around with some herbs and spices. try lemon and garlic in the chicken...

1/2 cup oatmeal
1 or 2 whole eggs
# egg whites to attain your protein intake goal
Sweetener(honey, Splenda, Sweet n Lo, etc.)
Cinnamon

Blend them all up in a blender and just pour it all into a hot skillet. It cooks very quickly. You can top it with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray, Natural PB, or whatever you want. They are awesome.
