Not police material.
I'm suprised the dog didn't attack him. That's not police dog training. |

It is called submission training. Not a way to train police dogs. It makes a fearful, stressed and unpredictable dog. It does not make a strong willed well trained cop dog

You don't train a dog that way. If he keeps training that way then he'll always have to wrestle the dog to get it to behave. Using repetitive small motions with the choker chain and a set of commands is the only way. This guy should never be allowed near dogs, even though I know how stubborn belgian malinois' can be a good yank on the choker gets through to them much more effectively than flipping them on their back would. And good luck with that anyway because I wrestle with mine all the time and she has triple my energy so she could play that game all day long.....
"We are like tenant farmers chopping down the fence around our house for fuel when we should be using Natures inexhaustible sources of energy — sun, wind and tide. ... I'd put my money on the sun and solar energy. What a source of power! I hope we don't have to wait until oil and coal run out before we tackle that."
