I don't see why your bro should doubt him; looks can be deceiving. When I was 16, I weighed 160 lbs (5'10") and benched 230.
I couldnt care less, but the guy called him out on the internet or something, anyways i read through a bit of what he wrote, seemed like a general knowitall preteen faggot, so i figure why not.

Sure, i could probably bench 400lbs if i used sloppy form, a spotter, 1/4 ROM and lots of momentum. Not saying thats the case here, but i think everybody has met the guy who thinks reps like this are legit.

Nah i think hes 130 he said, he said he benches 100+ his body weight. I only put this up in lue of my bro, and also, this guy was running his mouth saying shit like "yeah i posted my pic up because my body is amazing" "you guys think that mass = strength?"
