Jimmy Kimel Interviews
I watched both of these interviews last night....
Neither candidate can engage a casual conversation. You can almost see the wheels turning in their political noggins before each response. Even though I'm not enthused about either of them, I must say that Obama is indeed the smoother talker, while McCain does seem to have the potential to loose his cool easily..."knock off the old guy jokes, okay?" ..We really have no way of knowing what these guys are about because they only speak in generalities. Man, I can't wait to see how this election ends up. ![]() |

I think they both did pretty well. I have to admit I watched the Mccain one just to see the old man blubber and see those political cogs start going but I think they both seemed... well, human. That's clearly what they were going for, talking about sports for 8 minutes straight, but I think they pulled it off. Mccain seemed a bit more nervous at first, and I got this feel that Obama felt pressured to be "black" or at least "hip." Still, I don't see Bush able to do what those two just did
