I'm here to bitch and moan, so get ready.

My immune system blows goats. When I get one thing, I get 3 or 4 things. This time I got a cold for over a week...IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MOTHER FUCKING SUMMER!!!...towards the end of the cold I developed pink eye, and then the cold relapsed. I have a stomach virus, can't eat much. I have diarrhea, a cold, and one eye keeps getting stuck closed from infection sticking together and crusting over. If I cough too hard, I shit myself. Yes, It has happened twice already today.

Now I am getting irritable and depressed as I step on the scales and watch my weight melt off. I am going to be weaker than dogshit when I finally get to go back to the gym. This blows. Would somebody please fly to Alabama and kill me. You can have all of my stuff if you do.

you will get better and when you do take steps to prevent illness. get plenty of rest, take vitamins, stay hydrated, be aware of the risk of germs when you go out and avoid touching your eyes or face till you are home and have scrubbed you hands. thoroughly clean all fruits and vegetables, introduce garlic into your diet, try some green teas, only eat fully cooked eggs, meat and poultry.... staying healthy is easier than getting well.

    and

    get well soon.

no one wants your shit when it is potentially carrying pink eye infection. that shit is like ebola. you might as well end it all now, it will never get better. to top it all off, because of this women are not going to want to have sex with you after you have lost weight and look sickly.

jk dude. that really sucks. ive spent time in the philippines and came back with some nasty stomach stuff that gives me the same symptoms on occasion. good luck in getting better. you will gain it all back shortly.

When I was working out 5 days a week I would get sick easily too. If you aren't getting enough sleep and are working 10-12 hour days like I do then your body needs a lot more recuperation time than the average couch potato...
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

For what it's worth, I started taking DHEA last winter. I haven't had so much as a sniffle since then. I also stick myself with a shot of B-12 every 3-4 weeks. Cheap insurance.

I'm with maniclion to be sure, though: you gotta rest or you just break down.
