From what I recall, a very high percentage of healthcare employees are HUGE.

It's so true. I'm still not as lean as I want to be, but even a fat gain of 1-2lbs over a vacation and I seriously feel like a fatass, as in I can't wait to start dieting again to drop it.

My first bulk this winter is going to be a bitch - it's going to be so hard to resist cutting after like 1 month.

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

It's not about healthcare employees, a large percentage of ALL Americans are obese. 1 in 3 and rising. You missed my point, if you have insurance, one reason your premiums are way higher than they should be is because of the burden these people put on healthcare/insurance companies due to their unhealthy diet/lifestyle.

IMO Ignorance comes from the lack of education. Most people are fat today because they never learned what was good for them when they were younger. Habits developed from the bombardment of fast food TV commercials perfectly timed by marketing people to sell a product to kids. Didn't matter if the product was good for you or not, it just needs to taste good or look like it taste good and made somebody a shit load of money by selling it.

It's amazing how many people don't understand exercise and nutrition. I have girls who are way over weight all the time say "I just want to trim up I don't want to look like one of them amazon muscular, nasty woman". I tell them they don't have to worry about that but every day they go on about not wanting to look like Chyna (the wrestler). They are so dumb to what it takes for that kind of a body and think it's going to happen on accident to them.
Oooh and all of us who do work out all "do steroids". If I'm out of the gym and mix a shake I have people telling me how unhealthy those steroids are,OOOOOH I wanna slap them sometimes.

I used to love being fat and strong.

Just on a constant bulk, slowed only by my body's ability to poop.

    Thanks mino,

Yeah it is getting better with the "medicine"lol,I found that while being on those high dosages of percocet and vicodin that I was laying in bed all day all loopy, but I plan to get back in the gym maybe a week from now,Just walking and eating clean right now.My doctor doesnt want me lifting anything heavy, but I hate being so out of shape, not just the fat,but the image of having a hard time walking, its embarassing.I wanna go gym right now and lift, probably just be able to lift the bar,but gotta start somewhere right?lol
But Definately grateful for IM forums. Its very motivating to read and look at pics and get that feeling back again.Props to everyone here thats keeping it alive!

Ive become fed up and numb about it.

I grow tired of the snickering blasphemy I hear about being in shape, excuses to avoid the gym, and yes, the fucking infamous "I dont want to be bulky, just toned."

Its gotten to the point that fat people can stay fat, making me look better. Now that I am approaching 30, its becoming more and more constant.

Sometimes when I am hungover, I'll eat some greasy food for lunch, and then I'll have a couple sodas during the day. I get home at 6 and I feel like such a lethargic piece of shit. I feel like I am a little over weight and I have at least a 4-pack, fairly defined abs. I can't imagine how people who have three chins feel. I see them walking around all sluggish. I just don't know why anyone would choose to live like that.

Having been out of the gym for a month and a half, i dont know how some of these people can live with themselves because i feel fucking terrible. Health wise and mentally, im really pissed off at myself and my current level.

How people who've never even TRIED can look themselves in the eye every morning with their excuses of why they are unhealthy and fat baffle me. I dont understand how they can live with themselves.

I guess its not really an issue under a mound of cake.

My training has been total dogshit ever since I started my company. I don't liek to look at myself in the mirror right now. Once I get this thing into some sort of managed fashon I am goign to redevote myself to the gym. Money just aint worth running my body into the ground.

Totally feel you with that. I try to avoid reflective surfaces like a friggin' vampire.

It doesnt help when people i havent seen for a while see me in public, and even before "hello" they say "damn, you look smaller than the last time i see you!".

This just furthers the theory that these people resent anybody healthier and/or in better shape than them, call me paranoid but they seem to somewhat revel in the fact im smaller than last time
