Minorities won't donate bone marrow, so white lukemia patients must die.
Diversity and fairness are taken to a new extreme. Because a community that is 96% white couldn't meet a quota that is dependent on the generosity of minorities, white people now have to pay to donate bone marrow. This will undoubtedly lead to less available transplants for whites. Don't worry though, Minorities can continue to donate for free, though they don't appear to be interested.
"Minorities will continue to get on the list for free, but Caucasians will need to pay."

How does a place 96% white get screwed like that? It being so painful to donate, I also don't know how one would be asked for such a thing unless it was a loved one.

It is federal funding. They had to meet racial quotas for funding to keep it free to donate for whites.
