    bulking program ..only pumping

    do u think this program will have results ?training only with pumping ?

    I think you may see results, but mixing it up is always good. I would recommend trying "The Stranger" as normal pumping can get boring.

    No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

    Depends on which gym you work out in.




    Never eat while pumping.



    Contrary to what these guys suggest, it is not advisable to reverse pumping position(s)




    Leave shrimp alone.

    if you lay face up, and have someone hold your hands up in the air for like 5 minutes, then have them set your hands and arms down on the ground beside your body slowely, it will feel like your arms are sinking into the ground

    If you stand in a door way and lift up and out against the frame with your arms for about 15 seconds then walk out and relax your arms will rise up without you wanting them to!
