Thread: Neti Pot: W... T... F...?

That thing works like a charm though, it's like a douche for the snout.....we should call it the Snout Douche. Anyway first time I did it after I was done I sat inn my recliner and a few seconds later all this extra water comes pouring down my throat I almost drowned, all because I didn't read the full instructions. Now I do that bending forward thing after I'm done. It really clears out the nasal passages.....

I use something a little different, it's a squeeze bottle.
I sure beats picking your nose, I must admit watching that lady do it is kind of gross.

I do like doing this during allergy season...all of the allergens now have a easy getting in your nose.
