Moving does suck but after you move in the fun begins.

try to focus on a point past it. your move will be over n all done with soon. congrats on getting your family into a better home it's a pretty good feeling even w the bs of moving.

I feel your pain...I have moved every year for the past 7 years. I'm hoping my next move (this Dec) I'll be able to pay a team of people to do it all for me.

I am a professional mover so it isn't so bad for me. Plus, I don't own very much, so packing and moving usually takes me less than a day.

Man, I feel your pain! Moved so much, helped friends move, Moved more than techtonic plates in the 1000 years. Finally, bought my own place, and do not plan on moving for the next 1000!!!

I'll be moving in Nov. .. went to the management office to give in my notice... Not looking to the actual move but def looking forward to the new place..

My friend and I were the Muscle Men Movers. Our rate was $40.00/hour + $0.60/mile.

We made good money while it lasted. My friend just took off 3 weeks ago to work as a bouncer and a strip club and train to be Assistant Manager. I never meant for it to be long term, I just wanted to make some quick cash. I am back looking for IT work again. I already turned in my notice at my current job, and now that my side business is done with I am off to bigger and better things.

I work downtown and prefer to live here as well. I can walk to work in 20-30mins. Houses are too expensive downtown and I'd have to the burbs which I dont want to do. So Condo works fine for me.
