    Can't Identify this god/being/creature

I have this cast iron statue of I don't know what. It's Asian or maybe Hindu in origin. Does this look familiar to anyone?

based on the outfit and headgear it looks like it might be Thai, Malaysian or thereabouts but not Hindu (Indian).

    Could be this gal:

    Thep Kinnaree

Thep Kinnaree is one of the loveliest of the Himmapan beings. Described as a beautiful half-woman, half swan, with the head and torso of a woman yet below the delicately tapered waist she has the body, tail and legs of a swan. Kinnaree also has human arms and the wings of a swan. While the Kinnaree has a male counterpart (the Kinnara or Kinna Norn) and is similar in form. The Kinnaree is renowned for her excellence in singing, dancing and her graceful form is often seen in sculpture, traditional architectures, and temple murals.
    Or her male counterpart:

    Thep Kinna Norn

It looks like the male. Now I just have to find out if it's cast iron or bronze. It's heavy; a good 5lbs. Does bronze age to this color?

Looks like one of the rakshasa's in cambodian or malaysian crafting....
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

That was the statue that convinced me it was the right creature. That and the 2nd photo of the female clearly shows the tail (or whatever in hell that thing is) between the legs that your statue has.

Now I just have to find the age and the possible value. It has a company sig on the bottom, so I know it's not real old. Here's what it looks like

From what I've read, it seems to be a popular creature and their likeness is actually used as an award statue: Bangkok International Film Festival - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I used to collect statues of demons and devils. Back in 2000 I bought it off of ebay from someone who said it was a demon and it was made in the 1800's, but I never thought to look till now
