    Hogan Killed Wrestling!

I'm a 23 year old whose been watching longer than most people on here have been alive, and I have no problems with Cena. He's not my favorite, but I don't think he's a "bad wrestler" as most put it. And circling the tube and dying are two different things. Bischoff pushed guys who could barely move in the ring, and didn't even want to work a match. He let Kevin Nash book, which was the worst mistake ever. Face it, Vince Russo didn't kill WCW alone, and Hogan's life is crap due to ego

I'd also like to add that I didn't intend to start some nerdy net war, but when some basement dwelling 12 year old tells me to go fuck myself, he can honestly go play in traffic. And once again, I said NOTHING about the match as far as technique goes, just the booking is shady and very shades of WCW Hogan. I only site his life as a source because it proves has an ego. Honestly, when you make your entire family adopt your ring name you've lost it.

Who cares? Wrestling is the gheyest thing on TV. I don't like watching overgrown guys play fight like they are 5 years old doing stunts off the couch.

Well I think wrestling is just an excuse for closeted homosexuals to watch juiced up men prance around in underwear and wrap themselves up in homoerotic poses, if you are 23 then a lot of people have been watching wrestling since before you were born. Early 80s is when wrestling took off, because of Hulk. Anyways Hulk Hogan put wrestling on the map, its were it is today because of him, so learn you fucking history of your secret little gay pleasure.

damn it where the fuck is the popcorn smiley?

this is too funny. a thread about wrestling? for real? im not arguing the guys are athletic, but holy shit it is staged. these guys are paid actors. there is some nerdy twelve year old writing the storyline up somewhere and these guys go and act it out. i cant believe this thread actually exists.

please continue. i expect this thread to last for days and for many a put down to follow. Kelju, make me proud.

And even thats if he's been watching since age 1 or something.

Is this forum really full of people under 23? I thought this was IronMag, not TeenMag...

And hey, Wrestling is cool for entertainment, but its this sort of "taking it too seriously" which makes it not fun.

Soap Opera for rednecks and white trash....just like The Dukes of Hazard was their Law and Order.....
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

How anyone can watch wrestling is beyond me. A bunch of men in tights giving long emotional talks on microphones and then doing a choreographed fight.

It's drama and ballet combined in a scenario that rednecks and their northern cousins can relate to....not surprising the mexicans have taken to it...

If u spent all that time working on a carrier in wrestling then watching it on the TV maybe you would be making money with your so called idols.
