    Putting together my Halloween costume

I order my Black Sclera contacts this week. Now I have to figure out kind of costume would go good with them.

I am thinking maybe a vampire. What kind of cool monsters had black eyes?

What are you guys going as this year? Post up cool costumes.

KelJu, you should dye your body white and your beard (or all body hair preferably) brown-black-gray. Be sure to stop shaving as of this moment. Put in the contacts and wear nothing but your piercings, a pair of trashed shorts and sandals. A tight ripped-apart wifebeater might work too. Now paint on some bloody scars.

Scrawny dudes trying this will look pathetic. You'll spread terror.

Whatever you do, please post a picture!

A little obscure, but I like Helsing.

So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

You could go as a Soulless Eyed Barbarian

or as the Green Man Statue

Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

Those contacts look terrifying; good work on picking them out. I like the white face/body-paint idea and going as the undead or something of the sort.

This year, I am going as a 1. boxing referee (light blue dress shirt, black slacks and bowtie, with latex gloves), since it will be far too cold to just go as a boxer (which I did one year) and 2. reusing the army guy costume# 1 from last year. I was originally going to improve on my gladiator costume #2 from last year by getting a breastplate for bodyarmor instead of just a dumb tunic, but I'm not ripped enough at the moment to pull it off. Plus it requires you essentially wear a skirt, and that was a real pain in the ass last year.

Kelju, I love how you chose a finishing part to any costume as the first accessory and then have decided to build a costume around that. way to think out of the box. good job
