You have to admit this is a huge part of our American History......

Bush the Younger will finally be out of our lives, of course the shit stains will remain for decades to come and we'll never get the lives back of all that have fallen....

And no Doms by shit stains I don't mean black people nor the illegal Mexicans though they will be around no matter what....

Oh yeah plus for the first time in American History there will be a President of Hawaiian birth.....not to mention having African-American and Caucasian ancestry in the White House. And as Obama says it's up to all of us where this will take us.....
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

OK, the party is over people.
You can see a lot of Blacks dancing with joy that a Black man was voted as President...that's good, but it shouldn't be just about that..

He just inherited the most unpopular position in the country, I think he's going to be screwed if he can't do an FDR and fly like the wind passing legislation (100 pieces in his first 90 days was FDR's record).

Also, I hate everybody right now! I'm thinking of starting a petition to add an amendment to the ballot in 2010 to amend Florida law to outlaw all divorce. I'm going to be a vengefull son of a bitch!

    Ahahahahahaha!

Here's great news that makes me hopeful:

On the Big Island marijuana initiative, voters approved a measure instructing police to make busts of adult, small-time marijuana users on private property the county's lowest policing priority.
The measure was opposed by police and prosecutors, and county Corporation Counsel Lincoln Ashida argued there may be legal problems with the measure, but proponents argued it would free up police resources for more important law enforcement responsibilities.
One supporter was Hilo resident Euclid LoGiudice, 52, who said he voted for the marijuana proposal because he saw the medical benefits of marijuana when his mother was dying of cancer, and said he is tired of the ban on the weed.
"I think it should be legal. The laws against marijuana are ridiculous, and it costs the government a lot of money, the taxpayers a lot of money, and you end up with non-violent criminals taking up space (in jail) that should be for violent criminals," he said.
Some Big Island residents have long opposed marijuana eradication because of concerns about helicopter noise, and because they consider the aerial operations above their homes an intrusion on civil liberties.

Again, i agree . Marijuana, Is a reasonable low cost effective way to alter
the cost of higher medications. I have never seen people so eager to relinquish their Zoloft for pot, because the effects are so similar.

Yeah but I've never seen anyone stop smoking pot and want to kill themselves.... I took zoloft for a month and I never felt shittier in my whole life, I'm not sure if it was because I really didn't need it or what but it made me feel horrible everyday....

Manic, I have been working with disabled vets since my involvement in the 1st Gulf war. I was a recon. Marine who became disabled due to that conflict, which was also about oil. But I digress. Medical Marijuana has so many uses its unavoidable. My PTSD can be relieved with pot rather than Zoloft. And I also believe it is beneficial to a whole variety of other ailments.

I cannot count on my two hands the # of people who have stated that exact same notion to me.
