Whats up with the Obama born in Kenya thing?
I haven't been paying attention to all the hype through all this...
But I was intrigued by something that I heard about Obamas mom only registering the birth in Hawaii!?!?
IE: No record of the birth in Hawaiian hospitals?
Is Obama an american born citizen?

Yes. He was actually born in Panama, but that was due to the military service of his father at the time. The physical location of your birth is not that important. For example, I do not consider children of illegal immigrants born here to be Americans. Both of his parents were American citizens with his father being a member of the military, and that is what counts. Originally Posted by maniclion

Well I don't think there is any question since after all it is one of the Constitutional requirements, you think they would have even let him start campaigning if he wasn't born in the US?
Anyhow here is his BC, looks exactly like my girlfriends but with a diff. name and date and other pertinent info but otherwise the same document....

Three problems I have with a new democratic PRES
1. MILITARY BASE CLOSINGS
4 months after Clinton took office I couldn't get parts to fix a truck or tank.
Most of the technology we enjoy comes from MILITARY development...
Superglue, Velcro, GPS, ETC... IF that goes away we become weaker as a nation.
2. FREE TRADE with Africa...
Its been most completely proven that the Clintons got their campaign funds from China.
Later Clinton signed the free trade agreement with the commies and look what where all of our jobs have gone. I predict a multi-(under developed)-national cooalition of African countries will arise in which we will need to have free trade with.
3. People that voted for Obama becasue of the color of his skin.
"The black guy... Not the white guy"
That makes about as much sense as choosing football team winners by the color of their uniforms.
