    What is your schedule like?

I work Monday through Friday. Leave the house at 6:30am and get home around 5:00PM. Workout from about 5:30 - 6:15 or so. Work in the kitchen preparing from about 6:30 - 7:15pm. Relax, watch tv. Cook again around 8pm for 15 mins. Go to bed around 10PM. I feel like I work a long day. Maybe not compared to some of you guys. So post your schedule and lets compare.

    my 'general' schedule:
up by 7 A.M. with my 2 year old daughter, hang out and take care of her all day while my wife sleeps (she works 11pm - 7am). If I can get my girl to take a nap, I'll try to get a workout in while she's sleeping. Work from 2pm - 10pm. Get home around 10:30, pick up my workout (if my daughter didn't take a nap earlier). Work on some art, play a game or watch a movie, in bed around 1 am... repeat.

    Up 8AM, work 9AM-7PM (or later), 7:30PM dinner, 9PM gym, 1-2AM sleep.

Go to sleep so freaking late because otherwise my life is all work, gym, sleep.

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

    Same thing for me.

When I was working 9-5 and didn't get up at 6 to work out in the morning, I would stay up from 10-11 when I got home til like 3-4 because I just didn't have enough freakin' time to do everything I wanted to do each day.

    Work sucks.

    Here's mine -

Monday - Up at 3 am, Work from 4:30 am to 1:30 pm (9 hours straight), Gym at 2 pm to ~4 pm, BJJ from 7 pm to 8 pm, home by 9:30 pm and in bed by 10:30 (getting things ready for the next day). I live an hour away from work, the gym and class (they are all within 2 miles of each other though).

Tuesday - Up around 6 or 7 am, off day so nothing much is done.

Wednesday - Up at 6 am, off day, BJJ from 5-6 pm and again from 7-8 pm, home by 9, in bed by 10 pm.

Thursday - Up at 3 am, Work from 4:30 am to 1:30 pm (9 hours straight), Gym at 2 pm to ~4 pm, Pilates from 5:30 to 6:30 pm, BJJ from 6:30 pm to 8 pm, home by 9:30 pm and in bed by 10:30 (getting things ready for the next day).

Friday - Up at 3 am, Work from 4:30 am to 1:30 pm (9 hours straight), straight home - home by 2:30 pm, nap from 4 to 6 pm, bed by 10 pm.

Saturday - Up at 3:30 am, Work from 5 am to 1 pm (8-8.5 hours straight depending on the retard who comes in to replace me), Gym at 2 pm to ~4 pm, home by 5:30 pm and in bed by 10 (getting things ready for the next day).

Sunday - Up at 3:30 am, Work from 5 am to 1 pm, home by 2 pm, nap from 4-6 pm and in bed by 10.

That drive is the killer, I take all my food fro Monday and Thursday in the car with me and after I leave at 3:30 am, I don't see home again until 9:30 pm - it's not economical to drive back and forth like that more than once a day.

Here is my schedule,I try to maintain it as best I can! Sometimes some days are busier than others..Workout 5-6 days a wk, depending on routine. Def. take breaks...

Wake up at 5:00 A.M. Have a protein drink- Walk my boxer.
By 6:00 A.M. Feed my dog, and myself usually breakfast consists of Oats w/ fruit. Wheat toast w/ peanut butter. Tall glass of water.
6:30-8:30, do some work on comp. If not to much to do, i'll visit this site.
8:30-10:00 my workout begins, consisting of a good warm-up and my sit ups, then weights. On leg days, sit ups after, if at all.
    10:00 my post workout meal.
10:45-6:00 Several meals 2 1/2 apart and more work.
6:15 wifey arrives home, then my day is for her Whatever she wishes to do.
Wake up and do it again the next day.

Sat. Same as above maybe 1-2 hrs. later.
    Sun. relax .
The journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step.
