    Welcome me back?

    Hey all, it's Rocco32 or as some know Rock4832. I haven't been around for quite awhile...what's going on? What's changed? Who's still here lol? Anyone remember me?

    Quick update- Lisa and I divorced back in May...I've been a bit ruffled and lost since. I'm having trouble finding my way- but it's getting better. I'm bartending and writing now. Looking to join a "small" gym where I'm at now and get back at it. Just wanted to say I'm back ; ) I've missed my friends here!!!

    yea, we actually even met finally n are planning to spend the summer together this year. jan will be 4 years hard to believe. if the summer goes well there will be another person here for people to tease about being canadian

    Thanks ; ) Yeah, it feels like I've been completely isolated for so long...it gets lonely ya know? And I haven't worked out for prob over a year or better. I'm trying to return to happier times to get some of myself back. You've always been so sweet ; ) Thanks.

    No way, you met RA Salvatore? I always picture him with dice in one hand and like a hogey in the other. I'm right, aren't I? Anyway, from what I've heard he was getting lots of crap for writing the same Drizzt book over and over again where his characters are impossible to kill, so supposedly he's trying to make a "fresh start." The new trilogy takes place 200 years later where Drizzt is still alive, is allied with Obould (or his descendants) but everyone else is history. I've barely touched the trilogy so far, but it supposedly builds up to his last days with Cattie-brie and Co. Sounds interesting

    Thanks IronAddict- nice to meet you. Yeah, it only makes you stronger...and it's a struggle not to let it make you bitter and hate everything as well lol. We'll see about meeting someone, can't say I've been really interested but hopefully that'll change with time as well.

    Yeah, I met him...and got him to sign about 6 books for me. I really wasn't impressed with him in real life though, I think that's why I stopped reading. He is quite the arrogant dork lol. The new storyline does sound interesting, but a bit depressing too- I really liked the supporting characters. I just may have to check it out. Have you read the Dark Tower series yet by Stephen King?
