Both, but as long as I'm lifting & doing cardio, I don't seem to gain weight no matter what i eat.

I said diet, but it can change depending on what your definition of "in shape" is. Is it razor sharp abs? Have a lot of strength? Be able to run long distances? Just be in the "normal" BMI ranges?
In shape can mean a lot of different things to a lot of different people.

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?
It's complicated, because jagged shapes require cardio, but octagonal ones do not. Also, elliptical shapes benefit greatly from Elliptical trainers, as the name suggests. Of course it is of great importance to differentiate between the circular and the elliptical shapes, as the circular deviants expand into square parameters.
