I find it a travesty that, just because a mod is insecure about him posting the same thing 3 times I get banned for it. This is no way to run a board and is really wrong. I tried my best to contribute fun threads to the open chat board and make it a better place. Anyways I guess this is a sign of hows its run which is atrocious. He has had it out for me since I got here because he thinks I am Foreman when I am just a 25 year old kid from Maryland trying to get in shape. Well its bullshit but hey all of you should be careful I would just not respond to his threads."

nah man, i'm just being silly. I got it off an episode of King of the Hill. Bill goes to a supplement store and hooks up with this juiced out character for a personal trainer. Throughout the rest of the episode they talk about their amazing PUMP. It's pretty funny, it will remind you of all those guys in the gym that grunt and flex in front of the mirror. I imagine that was the purpose of the episode, to poke fun at all the swole dudes you see in the gym these days.

did anyone ever tell you that the reason a private message is named "private message" is because it's meant to be private and not something to be posted on the public forum?

edit: I also didn't post the name of the sender... I mean yes it is obvious who it was, and he didn't post it from his real account name, I kept that part private

you are right and it is against the forum rules of some other forums, I figured I tip toed around the boundaries on that one, but if not feel free to delete it or whatever you see fit.

I really don't care, I am not insecure about anything nor am I trying to keep anything secret, if someone acts like an asshole especially to me or a mod we will probably react. btw, it was not just that thread, that was the icing on the cake.

As I posted in the other thread about this it was just a 1 day ban, so if he (Splash Log) wants to come back he can tomorrow.

That was a huge bad on his part then if he knew this and didn't note it when sending PM's out to people, I mean I can understand if he wants to be frustrated about the reasons for his banning....but whatever...

For the record I do a lot of repping for this site on another forum just like I did for that one on here in another thread, anyone on there who asks about diet, training, workout...whatever I always send them here, and some of them do join, a lot of them will just lurk, but the ones who joined did seem sort of disappointed in the inactivity and didnt get a response to their question for a day or two, but by that time they didnt come back to check it...

I dunno just my two cents, Im happy here and that is why I keep coming back.

I was wondering where he found them, I like the smilies here, we have a lot, on another forum I goto(that I always post about) there are only like 5, and I asked the admin for more and he said if I could find a good smiley pack he would add them
