I've been pulled over at least a dozen and a half times since I've received my drivers license.

How did it play out?

Me: Hello, officer.
Officer. Hello. Do you know what the speed limit is?
Me: 65.
Officer: Do you know how fast you were going?

Of the 18 or so times that I've been pulled over, I've received only four tickets (two unsafe lane changes and a two speeding tickets).

They're just doing a job. I treat everyone in the service industries with respect. Be they a waiter, a nurse, or a police officer. They're being paid to do a job, not get shit on. If you get pulled over and act belligerently from the start: you're the asshole.

It's akin to treating a waiter poorly. They're both just doing their jobs. The difference is that a waiter can only refuse you service and a cop can hit you with a fine or even a baton.

I agree with you, I am not someone who hates cops or anything, I have only had one speeding ticket and pulled over a few other times for speeding and they went the same way that you described, the officers were kind enough, and only one even gave me a ticket.

I don't judge all cops from a video like this, I mean there are good cops, there are some bad cops, there are some good cops who have bad days...
Just like someone said they are human, and civilians are human, some good, some bad, some good who have some bad days...

I just think what was done in this video seemed a little excessive and unnecessary is all, not judging cops, or even that cop in particular, could be a good one having a bad day...I wouldn't personally call for him to have his job taken away, but perhaps some kind of punishment so that hopefully he doesn't go doing that again...

ur right, but just as with acohol, everyone has different reactions...
