Put on a pair of dickies overalls with a name tag like Fred, rubber waders and get one of those floor squeegies and an empty bucket of pool treatment and pretend you're the fountain maintenance guy....

I watched it, it might actually work, but I didn't see it as comedic at all...? Other than the fact that not only have street bums teamed up on the internet, but now thugs/people in crappy cities are now swapping tips through videos on the internet.

wow you took it way too seriously then, I wasn't even watching it thinking he was being the least bit serious, it is just funny and creative to me, but to each his own, my sense of humor stretches a long ways....

In some ways my sense of humor is very childish, I like things like Robot Chicken and Aqua Teen Hunger Force.
This just didn't seem funny, and yes, I assumed it was supposed to be educational. Didn't pick up on the humor.
