I wonder if Bruce Lee wasn't like one of The Fraternity from that movie Wanted, where he could speed up his heart beat and flood his body with adrenaline and thus slow time perception down. You gotta think that there could be a birth condition which causes such a thing and could perhaps explain his headache problems....never know....

They have done studies that prove that high stress condition can make our minds process information faster thus slowing things down....like a high speed camera....

no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

Looking at it again it looks like the guy is too chubby in the mid section to be bruce then I paused it right on his face and it doesn't look like him.... it could be him but they super imposed him into a video of another guy playing ping pong with a paddle....

I mean I don't just question if it is Bruce Lee, I think it is confirmed that it is not him, but I question anyone doing that, I think there is a green screen with ping pong being played on it and someone is just swinging nunchucks in front of it at the right time and in the right places....I guess that is an accomplishment but to actually hit the ball that well while actually doing it, I doubt it very very much

If you read up about what people with developed Chi/Qi can do, then who knows what he was capable of. I am imagining it was explanation of his success with the one inch punch.

I still don't believe in that whole Chi thing as it's stated as some mystical power. I think it's just the power of mind, just as like if you visualize yourself doing something then you have a much greater chance of actually doing it.

If anyone could have done such a feat it would have been Bruce, he was a real living breathing Super Human, as much as Arnold or Michael Phelps.....

What if it's a real quantum physics type phenomenon, the flow of our bodily molecules intermingling with the air around us or objects we touch. Making your self more super sensitive to that connection. They found that seals can track a fish through water blindfolded, they did a test and found that they were tracking micro currents left by the swimming fish even minutes after the fish had passed a spot, their whiskers were just that sensitive.... Imagine a human who has tuned into the hairs on their arms and can feel the slightest movements in the air.....who knows what else is feasible on a quantum scale.....

It depends on how you use the word mystical, but the word could quite accurately apply. It is a developed connection with your own abilities, the same which we are all born with.

It isn't a gift from the aliens and it isn't possession by demons, its just a person in touch.

So, using your mind and developing a connection with yourself is exactly what does it. This makes it mystical to us humans, read the definition and fit it accordingly. Now when you demistify it, you see that anyone can do it. Some are actually trying to fit it into powerlifting, just as people have used visualization for years as well.
