****###@@@HUGE SPOILER WARNING for Seven Pounds with Will Smith@@##***

My GF got Seven Pounds on DVD from someone and we watched it tonight. That fucking movie is heartbreaking as hell as bad as Pass It Forward I'm still feeling down a few hours later. Movies usually don't phase me but this one got stuck right in my throat...I didn't want to believe he was doing all that just to kill himself.....why would you let a woman fall in love with you then literally give her your heart?

I can't believe none of you mentioned "Life is Beautiful".

If you don't feel emotion during that movie, you are not human. If you do choose to see it, get the version with subs where they are still speaking Italian - the English version doesn't hold a candle to it.

No just kidding that moving is hard to keep from even getting choked up, even though I knew what he was planning immediately after he met the heart problem girl and then gave away his house.....

1# is a pretty good choice. I loved that shit!

The Descent was a pretty good horror flick by todays standards.

I like endings like that, where the bad guy wins or that its a moment. Endings like A.I. are downright depressing. Body Snatchers has a good ending too. Shit, right before the destruction of the green house, when his girl friend crumbles is quite sad.
You mean like the ending of The Orphanage?

I finally saw this movie and fucking loved the ending. I was surprised, it was fucked up, and totally didnt see it coming. Now, for those who have seen it, I am NOT talking about the very very ending, I am talking about the climax. the very ending is still fucked up, but almost ruins it.

For those who havent seen it, its a movie like The Others, but better. Better surprise, Id say. Its from Spain so there are subtitles, but Ill tell ya what, I dont think people know how fast they can read. I literally missed nothing by reading the subs.

I can't believe no one has said.

"Blair Witch Project"

Not that I wasn't depressed from watching
the "ENTIRE" movie, but that doesn't help the ending either.

Seems the entire thing sucked the @#$&%

The "aliens" at the end of A.I. weren't magical... they were actually robots, they just look like aliens to me and apparently whoever wrote this article, realizing they are futuristic robots makes the ending a lot more sensible.

Million Dollar Baby should have been on that list somewhere.

Actually "I Am Legend" was pretty sad at some points. Not specifically the ending, but his dog dying actually.

I always saw the beings at the end as highly evolved human life forms that had become somewhat like cyborgs, we never know with all these Bio-Electrical things we are getting into like Organic LED's and Organic Photovoltaics and Algae Batteries....
